THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

All sessions require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due the day before your scheduled session. Sessions will not begin until the balance is paid in full.

If your remaining balance is not paid by the due date, we will attempt to charge the card on file the following morning. If payment is unsuccessful, your session will be temporarily placed on hold until the balance is paid in full. You will receive multiple notifications via email and text message regarding your session status and outstanding balance. Cash is not accepted. All payments are card-only.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session time.

  • Same-day reschedule requests without a legitimate reason will result in your remaining balance being charged automatically.

  • A $100 rebooking fee applies for the first reschedule.

  • Any additional reschedules will result in the loss of your initial deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book again.

  • All deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions.

Session Start Time & Studio Use

The time you book is the exact time your session begins.

  • Early arrival is not permitted for changing clothes, hair, makeup, or prep unless additional time is booked and paid for.

  • Example: If you book a 6-hour session starting at 1:00 PM, your session runs from 1:00 PM–7:00 PM, regardless of readiness.

Delays caused by you or anyone associated with your session (models, hair, makeup, wardrobe, etc.) do not extend or pause your session time. If your team is not ready to shoot until 2:00 PM, your session still ends at 7:00 PM.

Late & No-Show Policy

  • Arrivals 15 minutes late will result in an automatic $75 late fee.

  • If your card is unavailable at that time, the fee must be paid upon arrival.

  • Arrivals 30 minutes or more late result in an automatic forfeiture of the session, and all payments are retained.

  • No-shows without communication will be charged the full session amount plus a no-show fee and may not reschedule or apply payment to another session.

Mini Sessions

Mini sessions are not subject to the above late policy.
If you miss your exact mini session time, your session will be canceled with no refund.

Let’s Get You Booked

Treshotme sessions are not categorized by session type (e.g., maternity, birthday, branding). Instead, sessions are structured based on:

  • Time

  • Number of outfit changes

  • Number of edited images

Please select the session that best fits your concept. If you’re unsure which option to book, feel free to email us to discuss your vision.

If your shoot requires:

  • Custom set builds

  • Props

  • Extensive preparation

  • Specialized creative direction

You must contact us before booking to ensure proper scheduling and pricing.

Turnaround Time & Proofs

  • Proof links are delivered within 24–48 hours after your session.

  • You have 2 days to select your favorites.

  • If selections are not made within that timeframe, the proof link will expire and Treshotme will select the final images on your behalf.

Final edited images are delivered within 10 business days (2 weeks) depending on workload and image count. Additional image purchases may require extended turnaround times. Please check your email regularly.

Expedited Your Edits

Need your photos sooner? Rush editing moves your delivery 2–3 business days faster:

  • 1–10 images: $200

  • 11+ images: $300

  • 20+ images: $400

Additional Services

Pricing listed does not include advanced services such as:

  • Graphic design

  • Body doubles or cloning

  • CGI / 3D rendering

  • Composite imagery

These services are available at an additional cost and must be discussed in advance.
